Leon Shimkin questions memorandum
Mr. Shimkin had an effective way to reduce pointless meetings.
If you wanted to bring up a problem at a meeting you must first fill out a memorandum answering four questions:
- What is the problem?
- What is the cause of the problem?
- What are all possible solutions of the problem?
- What solution do you suggest?
